The PowerColor HD 5450 has a VGA and a DVi port.
will this card support 2xMonitors with seperate desktops (extended desktop in Windows speak)

While there are many individual models that meet the description you have provided, from what my research shows they all support dual monitors in Windows XP or above. So, Yes is your answer.

As I thought, have read many reviews all suggesting it's supported.
I just didn't want to order 100 odd of them and they turn out to only support 1 screen!
