Okay, so here is my problem.  I am having an issue getting a webpage to load.  It is "".  It should pop up a login screen, but all I get is a black screen with loading in the middle of it.  I have tried with mutiple browsers, computers, but no luck.  It does however  work outside of my organization.  I am getting to the page fine, but it seems like it will not load the java applet will not load in my organization.  We have a T1, do you think maybe it is timing out.  Also, I have had big adobe documents not completely download.

I have also messed with security settings and all that in IE9.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

The documentation in the source code of the page indicates that there are very specific flash version requirements to run the page.

It is not a security issue, it is a version issues with the bloated Adobe junk.
