Okay, so here is my problem. &nbsp;I am having an issue getting a webpage to load. &nbsp;It is &quot;vidyo.aia.org&quot;. &nbsp;It should pop up a login screen, but all I get is a black screen with loading in the middle of it. &nbsp;I have tried with mutiple browsers, computers, but no luck. &nbsp;It does however &nbsp;work outside of my organization. &nbsp;I am getting to the page fine, but it seems like it will not load the java applet will not load in my organization. &nbsp;We have a T1, do you think maybe it is timing out. &nbsp;Also, I have had big adobe documents not completely download.<br />

I have also messed with security settings and all that in IE9.<br />
