Excel Filter with vlookup that has multiple duplicates

I have a massive report that on the main sheet has a items that are being vlookuped on another sheet but these items fall into multiple categories. With Vlookup it stops at the first record found. I need to be able to have the filter show all the groups associated with that item and let me select which group i want to see.

    It sounds like a pivot table might allow you to do what you want, but it would help if you could post an example spreadsheet.

    Here are some screenshots based on worksheet two I would need the property dropdown to display the for example property 1,2,3 and no matter which one I select item 3506690.orn should display since it is part of all three properties.
