Hello all;

We are trying to automate booking conference rooms.

I have recently created a room mailbox in exchange 2010 and started using it, and now I would like to overlay on a sharepoint 2010 calendar for people to see.  I am not an advanced user an do evrything through the EMC.

It seems as if all I need is the specific Exchange Web Service URL: for that specific account to enter into sharepoint, or am I simplifying it???

Add a MyCalendar web part and put the OWA address (the same you use for OWA) onto the servername field and the email address of the of the meeting room into the next field.

My connection over the weekend is boring slow, so can't look into the features list, which web parts are enterprise and which ones are standard. Some features and web parts are connected to the enterprise license of sharepoint.

Otherwise there are feature settings on farm level, site collection and site level, where you can enable or disable features.

If the OWA webpart is enterprise (and I guess this is the case), and your server is standard, (means enterprise features are not enabled) then the OWA web parts may be missing.
If you enable enterprise fetures, you need an additional enterprise CAL - at least for each user, which uses any enterprise feature.
