I have a Bill Of Materials table (BOM) which has all of our part information for each part we manufacture.  We would like to embed a picture of each part into the BOM record in the BOM table.  Is this possible?

It is possible, but embedded images it is not good solution. Read my article: Images on continuous forms
Will be better to store images in some folder and have only file name in table.
It may be additional argument for upgrading to Access 2010

Thanks! Good answer! But your saying that this solution will not work in Access 2003 correct?

    Assisted Solution

This option was declared in Access 2007, but you can try it. I've saved it as mdb and now (in Access 2010) tif image is missing.

I've done something similiar to what als315 is talking about in Access 2003 and it worked perfectly. The difference is the path to the image files is in a DB table I have a field called "LINK" which contains the full path to the image "c:\COP100\00001033.JPG".

    Hope that helps.
