help with test deployment

I have seen in the past where we had built a web app which we were pushing to app hub.  The site was created in Visual Studio 2010.  It was an mvc3 application.  The application was designed for both web and mobile.

I was not apart of this configuration.  When I go to app hub nothing is standing out about doing web applications that are not centric to mobile.

I am not looking for a hosting provider but rather a way to publish code to the cloud for the purpose of demonstrations and creating builds while in testing.

Does anyone have a clue how to do this and what is the best approach.  Please help.  I didnt even realize this was possible until a few weeks ago.
