All I see is a folder Scheduled tasks and an item "Add Scheduled Task". I click on it and a wizard opens up asking me what program I want windows to run. What do I do from here??

From there select the browse button and look in the C:\Windows\System32 folder for an item called shutdown.exe.  Select it and then continue in the wizard.
like this?:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -r
exactly like that...
Thank you both!
