Not sure what you mean.
If you want to disallow the search bots, both google and bing will comply to a disallow directive in a robots.txt.

If it's some other site, you could redirect from your masterpage to a 403 page (forbidden), 403.6 is good, (client IP rejected).
Protected Sub Page_Load(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Load

    Try

Dim strReferrer As String = context.Request.UrlReferrer.ToString().ToLower()

      If InStr(strReferrer, "experts-exchange.", CompareMethod.Text) > 0 Then
' 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.
        Response.Redirect("~/403-6.aspx", False)

      End If

    Catch ex As Exception

    End Try

  End Sub
