Issuing SSL Self-Signed Certificate

We have a small business environment with two servers (SBS 2003 and Server 2003), where the current SBS 2003 already has a self-signed cert.
The second server is going to be used as a web server, so wanted to know the steps required to get the self-signed cert setup on the 2nd server?

Why use a self signed cert, when you could generate a signed one for free e.g. http://www.startssl.com/

Or if you want to spend $10, GoDaddy will do the same.

Either way you'll eliminate those annoying browser warning, as to installing a certificate in IIS, it's all point and click e.g.  http://www.digicert.com/ssl-certificate-installation-microsoft-iis-7.htm
