Searching in Outlook

I have a client who is trying to search for e-mails in Outlook 2010, this is an on going issues, I have rebuilt the index twice and it seems to work for a short wile and then it just stops working.

Is there anything else I could try?


Who is Participating?
Have you tried to leave outlook out of the index?
So Outlook disabled in the index configuration?
It may be an issue if you use the offline cache.
