Can I delete a policy under SysVol Manually?

Dear Experts,

There is an error message on all the laptops.  I have tried to find the policy that has deployed this message. But there isn’t any.
The message is:
Can’t find script engine “VBScript” for script
\\DC-Server\sysVol\ServerName\Policies\{FA6.....-..........C4C}\user\script\logon\WorkBench.vbs”.
I know the path under C:\ drive.  Can I delete this value manually?

Thanks

You need to remove VBS file from policy to stop the issue or fix that script file
You cannot remove any GPO from SYSVOL manually, if you do not need it anymore then you should use GPMC to delete it
