Adding a PDF document to a Sharepoint Document Library if a new file arrives to a folder programatically.
Hi Experts.
I have a question with reagrd to Sharepoint 2010. We have a business process which recieves emails from a customer containing a PDF document. Once the email is recieved and validated it can be rendered to post the pdf document to a folder. I have to then manually add the PDF document to the Sharepoint website via the front end which invokes the 'alert emails' to the correct distribution groups.
The question is, is there any way of monitoring a folder then automatically loading the pdf document and invoking the 'alert emails' as if a user from the front end had loaded the document.
