Multiple IPs not appearing in IIS on VM

I have a VM and have multiple IPs on it and only 1 IP is appearing in the list of IPs when i create a new web site. Yet there are multiple IPs in the network properties

    Have you selected the Binding Order in IIS Properties.

    I deleted this VM and reinstalled it and it worked

    Deleted the VM machine and it worked. No need to spend more time on it.
