    Accepted Solution

    1. Make sure that the number of files and folder in the root of the C: drive is less than 250 - you should not have any more than that. The root is not a place to store files

2 - Right mouse click on the c: drive and goto properties - Tools tab and error checking
Click on the bottom box only to start - IF it say's it can't complete - Do it again and check both boxes - Then Restart and keep your hand away from the keyboard - It will do a boot level diskcheck  - and fix any minor problems

3 Delete any files or folders in the user Temp folder

your may need to turn on the Hidden files and folder and the show extentions  -
