How to copy files from one location to another with seletions

I have a project that I am doing for a company.  I am generating automatically a csv file daily. that lives on the server.  In that csv file will be one column that will contain a part#.  For each one of those part numbers there is a COA (certificate of authenticity) word doc on the server.  What needs to happen is something needs to scan that file for what part numbers are being used, then go to that server drive and copy the COA files that are related.  For instance, part# 12345 is in the 5th of column of the excel file.  I need to pull the file COA12345.doc from the server and copy it into a ftp holding area so it can be picked up by someone.  The area would then hold the one excel file and a whole bunch of COA's that are related to that excel file.   One day you could have just part# or you could have 20.
How could this be done?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You could use a Robo-FTP script to do this.  The READFILE command can parse the CSV file for the document and then fetch the file and send it.
