Open usual screen on multiple monitors

We have a CCTV system linked to a dedicated WINDOWS 7 pc though the lan.
There are 3 monitors connected to the PC and we split the CCTV camera's across 3 monitors. Have placed the CCTV camera launch software in the Startup folder so that the application launches on startup.
Is there any way of setting the PC up so that the CCTV screens will automatically deploy to their respective monitors?

I'm guessing not but someone out there may know how.

It depends on the application.  Microsoft Office windows locations are "remembered", because they write to the registry when the window is moved and on startup they read from the registry.
