outlook calender entries sending blank email to several people

When a user is using his calender in Outlook everytime he enters a new appointment in his calender it emamils a blank message to several people. Is there a to stop this from happening? If so steps would be great thanks.

    disable notifications.

    the user is prob creating a new appt and inviting people.

    recreate outlook profile
