Proper way to set up RDP Services On Server 2008

Hey there, does anyone have any special links to articles for setting up RDP services on server 2008

I have a new DC going in (server 2008 Enterprise) and I will be setting up 4 VM's
One of the VM's I want to be a RDP (Terminal Server) for about 12 people.  I have found articles on memory allotication and etc from microsoft, but is there someone out there with an article of what works well with this type of setup?  What type of services need tobe installed and where?

Thanks!
