monitors will not hold settings

I have a Windows 7, Dell laptop latitude E4310. when ever it goes to sleep and I wake it up the monitors settings are adjusted to one being very large and the other smaller. I have to detect which monitor is which then adjust the settings again.  is it the drivers mess up or what?

What kind of Monitor you have,

If there is any monitor software could be LG or Samsung installed on your computer/laptop then uninstall it, as that causes the problem.

I had similar issue with my monitors and I unistalled LG's Forte Manager program, and haven't had any problems since.

This may be a video driver problem - have you checked for a driver update?
