outlook object library 12.0 and 14.0

I have a 2007 database on a network.  It has an Outlook Object Library 12.0 referenece.  Some people have 2010.  When a user opens the database they are getting an error message that say that it doens't recognize the 12.0 library.  What should I do?  Thanks!

    Well ... you  must have code that references the Outlook object model ?  IE, you app interfaces with Outlook ?
