I have installed Microsoft CRM 4.0 on Outlook 2010 using the CRM plugin. It works fine with the default Outlook profile. However, this user uses multiple profiles for different emails. She used to have it working on her old computer, however she just got a new one, and now I cannot get it to work. I have contacted support for the online CRM provider and they claim it should not work that way...yet it has for a long time.
Anyone ever run into this? Have any ideas?
