Email Forwarding with Old Address
Hello all,
I have a weird situation and would like some help.
I have a client that has Windows XP and is using Outlook Express.
He had an old email address (let's say fred@xyz.com) that he still gets email sent to.
He has a new email address (let's say fred@def.com) that is his default address.
When he gets an email sent to fred@xyz.com, he cannot forward it to anyone. It gets stuck in his outbox.
This is even though we have everything setup to have fred@def.com as the default email address.
Is there somewhere in Outlook Express that we can change forwarding to use the default email address?
THanks,
Kelly W.
