problem with IIS7: Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll" failed

Suddenly i have this error when i start a webapp on my development server:-

Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll" failed

Can someone help me? Would be great!

    You need to check following things :

    1) Try to create new application pool and assign it to your application. Also assign
    .net framework 4 to that application pool.
    2) Is your application is 32 bit or 64 bit, assign valid application version in
    application pool settings.
    3) Have you checked your dll file

    If all above steps are not work for you try below..

    cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319
    aspnet_regiis -r
