How to test for LDAP Anonymous Bind

Points of My Scenario
1. I am admin of Domain A
2. I have a separate app server with App B
3. App B can be configured for LDAP authentication, using a domain service account
4. I want to avoid using a service account, but the LDAP directory must support anonymous binding.
QUESTION: What tool/utility can I use test if an LDAP server (domain controller) accepts anonymous binding?

Hi grigory7811,
When I choose "simple bind", I get the following result in (square brackets):
[res = ldap_simple_bind_s(ld, '', <unavailable>); // v.3
Authenticated as: 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.]
QUESTION: Does this mean that the domain controller accepts anonymous binding?
