I have enabled email on a sharepoint 2010 list. It receives email. What I see: When the email is received the subject of the mail is populated in the title field of the sharepoint list. What I need: the body of each email contains the following information:
responder| data/time_of_call | reason_for_call | Notes | address
Each field is pipe separated. I need for the data in the body of the email to populate the corresponding column in my list.
