    Here is a pair of tutorials that I typically pass along for creating scheduled tasks:

    Regarding the System account, when you actually create the task there will be an area on the General tab called Security Options.  Within there a heading says When running the task, use the following user account.  Click the Change User or Group button to the right and in the subsequent window, ensure that the field labeled From this Location lists the local computer and in the field called Enter the object name to select, type System and hit the Check Names button.
