NEC SV8100 Extension handset not receiving external calls

Hi,

Is there any NEC SV8100 VoIP system expert here? I did setup an extension which is not receiving any incoming calls from Outside numbers. Internal calls are going to user fine and if she is not picking up, it's going to her VM. But if someone calls the number from outside, it's straight going to our company's Gen Mailbox. I looked at our NEC system through Web admin and compared most of the items( like 15-xx, 24-xx) with the ones that are working but it is still not catching.

Can someoen please guide me any particular settings I should look for?

May be one for your vendor to check out. NEC is pretty specialized.

I got it fixed. It was a problem with the DID translation table.  There was no DID assigned to that number.  I had to create a DID table entry for that extension. The issue is resolved now.
