Wierd problem with Outlook 2003 Distribution List

This is standalone Outlook 2003 (no Exchange Server) running Outlook 2003. This Lady has made up a distribution list (actually) and when she send to those distributio lists it always send it to one particular person that is not in that distribution list. We have looked and looked at those distribution list for hours. The name and/or e-mail address of this particular person just aren't there yet this persons gets an e-mail every time she sends to this distribution list.

I have an idea why. This one particuly person that gets an e-mail is a "contact" and belongs to the "County" category" but ... the Ditribution Lists have no category associated with them. It is almost like when she created this Distribution List she did it from the County category and now the name and e-mail address displayed in the distribution list is linked to this one contact but the current name and e-mail address arent being displayed.

Any... the bottom line seems to be that this person is getting an e-mail from this distribution list by somehow belonging to this "County" category because as mentioned above we cannot find this persons name or e-mail address in the distribution list. Any ideas?

Have you cross checked  Rules..?
In many cases which i have seen before this is due to rules.

Is this all Internal ?
Hope the users hasnt created any custom DL in her Outlook ?
I would have asked the user to try and send one email from OWA .... also some other user if they send email to the DL from GAL does that user gets that email as well.
Hope none of the users of that DL have some forwarding or rules ?
