We have an urgent problem with one of our mailboxes under Exchange 2007.<br />
Few days ago we initiated move request from one storage group to another, while the process was running, the active server went down due to hardware issue.<br />
Once we brought it up, we found out that the mailbox is no longer accessible via OWA or any known methods.<br />

We tried to re-move the mailbox but we're getting error: <br />
Opening source mailbox. Failed to open mailbox with error: The operation failed., error code: -1056749262<br />
<br />
At this point we started to be clueless, none of the solutions we found on the net was helpful, so we decided to export the mailbox to PST and recreate it.<br />

Now when we try to export the mailbox to PST we're getting:<br />
Error occurred in the step: Approving object<br />
. An unknown error has occurred.<br />

Please advise, the user is offline for 2 days already
