We have a new AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) user. One of our employees has been able to send a message to the new user, but the rest of the staff cannot, nor can the new user send to the staff, except for the one user.
The new user is listed as "off line" for the staff, and the staff is "off line" for the new user.
Any idea how to fix this? I've re-installed AIM, checked privacy settings and checked every other configuration, but cannot resolve the issue. Plus, why can one staff member communicate while the rest cannot? We all have the same antivirus configuration from a central server, so that shouldn't be the problem.
