URGENT - Restored server won't boot

We have a Appassure Replay 4 server. Backed up bunch of clients servers. Some are already virtual and some run on blades (HP BL460c G1 X5365 2G). Most of them Win Server 2003. We need to restore the "blade ones" on to a hyper-v host. So we did P2V export from Appassure as well as virtual bare metal recovery and both servers get BSOD at startup. 0x0000007B (screenshot attached). Any idea how to fix it? Pretty critical

thank you

i ran the repair again on another copy of the server and selected to keep the file, so that completed and server boots but extremely slow

We have AppAssure support work on this and they found bunch of device drivers that were not installed on those blase servers for some reason  taking a new snapshot and exporting again to VHD works
