What system and app event IDs need to be monitored to alert us when the failover/failback happens on Windows Server 2008 R2?

Hi there,
We have active/passive cluster on Windows Server 2008 R2.  We want to put SiteScope monitor to alerts us when the failover/failback happens. Which system/apps event IDs need to be monitored? Please advise.
