Thanks. However the NDR does not state InvalidCharSetException but ExchangeDataException. Does these two pertain to the same problem? We will post the MessageSubject field from the tracking results in a while as suggested in the link given by PlusIT. Thanks.
What is the Exchange 2010 version ? SP and RU ?
Is this happening only from one domain ?
If so what Messaging server do they have as seems and issue at their end and not yours :)
Is you Language pack installed ?

Then this must be another issue. I do think it's their end that gives the trouble though. Have they tried to send over another smtp before it reaches yours?
ASKER
No, but there's a exchange of emails between the two, before it happens.

yes, In this case, do you have any idea on what the NDR says?
Thanks,
Thanks,
Look firstly if the issue is with just one domain or some specific user than i dont see an issue with your servers or Organization as the Servers dont understand if they need to treat one Domain or User differently until there is some settings or configuration.
