Outlook trying to retrieve data from exchange server 2010

Hi,
We are facing really strange issue. We are hosting company and we have hosted exchange (tenant) setup for providing hosted solution to our clients. We have almost 7,8 domain in our exchange and everything is working fine but suddenly my one domain(xyz.com) users prompt an notification on outlook taskbar that is "Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange server”.
Surprisingly issue only occurs in xyz.com domain and it occur only their premises if I configure any xyz.com user account outside their premises (office) than I don’t receive this error. Can anyone please help me to figure out the problem?
Thanks
Note: We configure user account by Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP/S)

Thanks for the Reply, but article you refer to me it’s related to Exchange 2003 or Outlook 2003. I am using Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010. I also disable my trend micro antivirus from the client pc but still no luck. I am sure it’s not related to exchange server health issue and it’s also not related to Inbox and Sent Items folders have over 5000 items in them on the mailbox which encountered the performance issue because it generates in newly created account as well. Just a reminder the error only appears on client premises.
