Hello.
I found this link http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/home-solutions/connect/accessories/dkvm-4u-4-port-usb-kvm-switch  that has a manual , datasheet for your kvm.
I have a question. Why are you looking for a new firmware ? Do you have an issue that you hope  to resolve by applying firmware? It is not a good idea (to my opinion) to apply firmware without solving a direct problem that you have.
If something is not working as supposed to what the manual says  , please state it so we can look it up.
Hope that helps

thanx, the reason for then firm upgrade is because my usb mouse seems to act up... whenever plugged in, it jumps around like hell. keyboard works fine...
in any port, it still acts up

the model kvm i have can only support older mouses and its firmware cannot be upgraded... or changed.
