Lync 2010

For the Lync 2010, can it only support MSN ? Can it make use of it to log the conversions for other IM client like QQ ?

Is there a cloud solution for Lync 2010 such that we don't need to invest on my servers and license while we could log all the internal message ?

Bottom of this link shows you other services Lync is compatible with:  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg412817.aspx

In the Office 365 (used to be BPOS) you can, as clonyxlro mentioned, use Lync as an online service.  You could also look around for other providers who host Lync installations.  You will, in this case, need to ensure that user accounts are either synced with the Office 365 installation or if from another provide there will need to be replication between your domain and the hosted server.

If it's hosted I'm not sure if you can leverage the IP phone integration stuff.
