Embedding Wordpress Woofoo form into web page

I have a customer who hired someone to build out their website.  They fired them and the developer deleted their embedded woofoo form within their wordpress site.

I need to find someone who can help reattach the form.  Probably a really simple operation.

Anyone who can help, please let me know.

Wufoo forms are built through the wufoo site and you get code to embed on your own site.  Simply obtain the embed code and put it into the appropriate page or post using the HTML tab of the visual editor.
