From Email Submissions to a Form

Users can enter helpdesk requests via the website. they arrive in an email. The company has a crappy HD application as well. Be that as it may, I am currently manually entering the emails into the HD app which is proving to be laborious and blah. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to automate this process?

    Check out AutoIT
    It allows you to record key strokes and mouse movements and then you can run it like a macro each time you get a new email.
