How do I change the "select cursor" and "link cursor"?

  SetSystemCursor (Cursor1, OCR_NORMAL);

I have no idea how to do already tried changing the ocr_normal and'm not doing it!

... to show select (edit): Screen.Cursor := crIBeam;
... to link/hand point: Screen.Cursor := crHandPoint;
... to wait state: Screen.Cursor := crHourglass;
