I have a request from a user who is asking for resource mailbox for conference rooms. This is a first time we will use this type of mailboxes. We have Exchange 2010 SP1. This is the request from the user.
* Automatically accept meeting requests and remove canceled meetings
* Automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment or meeting.
Also, Brad ***** and I should have the power to cancel existing meetings and add new meetings (in cases where we want to override an existing meeting.)
I should be the delegate for these requests as well as Brad *******.
I was reading how to setup automatically and manaually but it seems they want automatic and do some manual override. Is this possible to do? I need some guidance on this.
