Resource mailbox - conference rooms

I have a request from a user who is asking for resource mailbox for conference rooms.  This is a first time we will use this type of mailboxes.  We have Exchange 2010 SP1. This is the request from the user.

* Automatically accept meeting requests and remove canceled meetings

* Automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment or meeting.
Also, Brad ***** and I should have the power to cancel existing meetings and add new meetings (in cases where we want to override an existing meeting.)
I should be the delegate for these requests as well as Brad *******.

I was reading how to setup automatically and manaually but it seems they want automatic and do some manual override.  Is this possible to do?  I need some guidance on this.

In the room mailbox properties goto room genral tab ->enable room mailbox assistant and also got to resource policy and eadd you and Brad and delegates.
Also give yourself and Brad full access to the room mailbox.
Also in the recipient mailbox inpolicy settings check all users can submit requests which approve automatically.

In the resource policy to add the delegates , should I be checking the box "Forward meeting requests to delegates".
