Citrix users cant reconnect to disconnected sessions they get 'This network connection does not exist' error

I have a xen app 6 enviroment, its fully patched with the latest citrix hotfixes and ms patches. but my users are getting the following message when reconnecting to disconnected sessions.  

'This network connection does not exist' error

Theres a citrix support artical
for it but tells me to patch which ive done and then log a call but ive no citrix support. has anyone else seen this ?

    seems issue with application and permission. Make sure you have published the application correctly.

    Ah thank you, my issue is listed in there as one of the private hotfixes, I've patched the system but will have to wait until next week to test. Will post back with my results.
