error opening microsoft access 2010
"Workgroup Administrator couldn't create the workgroup information file. Make sure that you have specified a valid path and file name, that you have adequate permissions to create the file, and that you have enough space on the destination drive (-1201)"
What are you doing when this occurs? Are you opening Access, or are you opening an Access database?
ASKER
Opening any database
Try repair or reinstall of Access/Office - I'd bet something has become de-registered. Also be sure that you've installed all service packs/updates.
Might also insure that Windows is fully up to date.

tried re-install but same errors
Okay ... are you sure that you have enough space on the destination drive, as the error mentions?

there is pletty of GIGs available
I tried the VB command string but it gives the same error during the process
if I logon as a different user it works fine
one thing that I notice abbout my error is the mine endes with (-1201). The others have a different number.
