Change ownership of Outlook Calendar from user that has been removed from exchange

In the past two years we have been converting over to Zimbra email. I created a calendar for a user to share and I was the owner. I deleted my exchange mailbox several years ago not remembering about the calendar. I am converting the calendar user to zimbra but she needs to be the owner of the calendar for it to convert. How can I give her ownership? Everything i've tried is not working. I cannot export to pst because she is not the owner. Running exch 2003 and outlook 07.

Open Active Directory Users and Computers. On the view menu, select the Advanced Features check box. Open the Properties page on the AD account for the calendar mailbox. On the Exchange Advanced tab, select mailbox rights. Add the user you want to assign and then click the Allow check box beside Full Mailbox Access.
