I am running IIS7 on a Windows 2008 Server Standard; this server is part of my domain.
In IIS I created a virtual DIR that has a local path to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Website
This is only a internal website, the web site is working but I only want about 3 domain users to have access to the web page but I'm not sure how to grant that level of access. I have looked in the App Pool section of IIS and tried to do it at the web folder level but know luck.

An important piece to that setup is to turn off anonymous access, and switch to Windows authentication.  If windows authentication it is not available then add it to the IIS role through the server management. Depending on your network / GPO's , even the users that are explicitly granted access to the VDir may get prompted for their credentials when trying to access the site.
