Uninstall xcode 4.5 (iOS 6)

Just realised I've made a mistake of updating xcode 4.5 (iOS 6) as it causing 'f*cking' problems. Pardon my language.

How to uninstall xcode 4.5 (iOS 6)? safely? as iOS 6 is beta. I want to go back to xcode 5.1.

    Here is a guide to completely remove Xcode 4.3. I think it's the same for 4.5 and will work:

    Very good and that leads me to another solution. In the end I did not unintsall the xcode because I cannot downgrade my iphone as it already on ios6 so I'm stuck with a dreaded xcode is littered with teething problems. Not as plain sailing as initial thought.
