Only port 25 for SMTP. Other port you can open port as per your requirement.

"sushil84" is correct port 25 by default unless the send and receive connectors have been modified Open up EMC check the hub transport for each connector.  Open each connector that is enabled check the network tab to see which port the connector is using these are the ports that will need to be avaliable for exchange to either send or receive messages.
