What command, utility, or website can I use to see if the ports necessary for Exchange server communication are open on my company's firewall?

I would like to be able to go to another company's network and then run the necessary command, utility, or go to the necessary website to see if the correct Exchange server 2010 communication ports are open on my company's firewall.

How can I do this?

Please provide me with the exact steps.

Microsoft have a site for testing Exchange servers.
http://exrca.com/

That is also linked from within the Exchange 2010 toolbox.

Simon.
