Enable "On resume, display logon screen" for all users

In a small network where users access servers (Windows server 2008 R2) with RDP, I want all users to log on again after 10 minutes of inactivity. I have set the Screensaver Wait time to 600 seconds through Group Policy, but users can still check or uncheck the box "On resume, display logon screen". Can anyone tell me which setting or policy I have to change to prevent users from unchecking this option?

Those are the settings that I am using now. However, that doesn't prevent users from unchecking the box next to "On resume, display logon screen".
I see, have you tried to set "Prevent changing screen saver" to enabled?
I now have enabled these policies:
Screen Saver
Screen Saver executable name
Password protect the screen saver
Screen Saver timeout.

And now it works as I intended. Thank you for helping me on this one!
Great to hear that :)
