ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure

We are getting following errors while running an external procedure.

#-1#ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library

ORA-06522: /u01/home/oracle/admin/callout/ cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory#

#-1#ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent#

TNSNames entry.

# tnsnames.ora

      (SID = PLSExtProc)

I have also attached the listener files.

# sqlnet.ora Network Configuration File: c:\11GMigrationTemporary\tnsnames\sqlnet.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

    are you able to ping the external TNS entry ?

    I was able to ping external TNS entry after making changes in sqlnet and tnsfiles.

    But getting error while executing the procedure., I shall work again and update here.
