Syntax to Start Program in .bat file

Trying to create a .bat file to run the following program.  Not sure how to format when the program folder has spaces in the name.  Wish to start the following pgm:

'\\wpgwms-fs1\milldata$\nmi planer inline tally\moise.exe'

    Just enclose the whole path name in  double quotation marks:

    "\\wpgwms-fs1\milldata$\nmi planer inline tally\moise.exe"
